We want you to feel completely comfortable trying JointBrex. If, after at least 30 days of consistent daily use, you feel JointBrex has not lived up to your expectations, you may request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase date.
How To Request A Refund
To start a refund request, simply email our support team at contact@customercs.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm your refund once it has been processed.

- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date
- We recommend using JointBrex for at least 30 days before requesting a refund, so the formula has a fair chance to work with your routine
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Orders Processed By Our Retailer
All JointBrex orders are processed through BuyGoods, our independent third-party retailer. Because BuyGoods handles billing and order records, refunds are coordinated between our support team and BuyGoods on your behalf once your request is confirmed.
What's Not Covered
This guarantee applies to the purchase price of JointBrex product packages. It does not cover incidental costs unrelated to the product purchase itself. Shipping fees paid at checkout, where applicable, are handled according to BuyGoods' standard order policies.
